Oferta Contrato predoctoral FPI CSIC-INIA

Contrato predoctoral FPI CSIC-INIA

PhD contract FPI fellowship

We are seeking for candidates for a PhD contract for 4 years associated to the project PID2021-122825OB

The project focuses in a global study of the interactome of African swine fever virus (ASFV) and other emerging viruses of concern at early infection. We study how viruses manipulate cellular functions and systems using proteomics, mass spectrometry and CRISPR/Cas screening. We compare molecular targets that are shared by several highly pathogenic viruses as Ebola virus and SARS-CoV2. The identification of crucial targets for infection is used to develop antiviral compounds.
